Please note that we do not accept refunds or we do not do refunds
orders can only be Exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

Lace not cut

Exchanges are not permitted on Custom made wig.

Please note that when we customise the unit we bleach the knots and pre pluck the hair so that might affect the closure
*The hairline might be affected as time goes by
*The closure might start to shed of which a proper treatment will need to be done
We will not be replacing any damaged frontals from the customisation more especially if the hair has been worn out.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged provided it was a technical error from Toplevel hair.
